Auction rules
This is a charity auction organised by Veracausa / Activists in Coimbra. Bidding is free, binding and made in good faith.
- 1Bids are binding: by confirming a bid you commit to paying it if you win.
- 2Each new bid must be at least the displayed minimum next bid.
- 3Any bid placed in the last 2 minutes extends that lot by 2 minutes (anti-sniping).
- 4The lot “Sunset 767” has three winners: the three highest unique bidders each receive one voucher.
- 5The other lots have one winner each — the highest bidder.
- 6Winners are contacted by email and phone within 48 hours of the close.
- 7Payment is made by bank transfer or MB WAY within 5 days of being contacted.
- 8Vouchers are personal, valid as described in the lot, and not exchangeable for cash.
- 9If a winner does not respond or pay, the next bidder is contacted.
- 10The organisers may close or correct a lot in case of a technical error.
Privacy
We store only your name, email and phone number, and use them solely to manage the auction and contact winners. Public pages show a shortened name (e.g. “Maria S.”) and the bid amount — never your email or phone. Data is deleted within 90 days of the auction closing. To access or delete your data, write to us on Instagram or Facebook.
